Factory Inspection

An inspector goes on site and verifies the capability of your supplier to meet contract conditions for quality, capacity and delivery terms. The inspector checks production lines , factory facilities , machinery conditions and workflow. You receive a detail report next day.

Initial Product Check (First article Inspection)

Our inspector performs an inspection of first products as available at the beginning of the production cycle against your instructions and purchase order specifications.

In Process Inspection

This is the earliest time to catch any potentially critical issues with your products.Our inspector performs an inspection during the production on site . In process inspection helps you identify and fix issues early in the production cycle.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

When  your order is prepared, an inspector visits the factory and perform an inspection of your products . The product is fully reviewed and tested by the inspector. The next day you receive a detailed inspection report in your e-mail box.

Pre-shipment inspection may include the following activities ;

• Visual inspection
• Dimensional inspection
• Witness test
• Quantity check
• Documantation review
• Packing and marking

Container Loading Check

This is the final step in the manufacturing process.Our inspector checks if the final details of your product are correct and actual ordered quantity are securely loaded onto your container.
